Accounting Associate Role:

Our client is actively seeking an experienced professional Bookkeeper to join their dynamic, fast-paced team. This presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to learn and grow in a company that prioritizes pushing its people to be their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery

• Thorough review of client records

• General bookkeeping, VAT, and accounts production

• Review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations

• Data input into software, typically utilising VT and Xero

• Conducting monthly reconciliations

Your Profile:

We are seeking individuals who embody the following qualities:

• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice - Must

• Strong ability to manage workloads, especially under tight deadlines

• Sound working knowledge of practice operations and relevant tax matters (VAT)

• Proficient in Xero and VT

• Personable and confident in client interactions

• Comfortable working within a fast paced dynamic team

• Thorough understanding of all tax aspects

• Ideally AAT, ATT, or ACCA part or fully qualified

• A high level of attention to detail

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
