Client Director Role:
Our client is actively seeking an experienced professional accountant to join their dynamic, fast-paced team. This presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to learn and grow in a company that prioritises pushing its people to be their best.
Qualifications That Stand Out:
Minimum of three years of practice experience (MUST)
Previous experience in Client Management within a small/medium-sized accountancy practice
Strong ability to manage workloads, especially under tight deadlines
Proven experience in mentoring and training junior staff
Sound working knowledge of client management, practice operations, and relevant tax matters
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Participate in new client meetings and contribute to quote generation
Supervise and train junior staff in bookkeeping, VAT, and accounts production
Organize jobs and allocate workloads to the accountants
Ensure timely filing of VAT returns and accounts
Review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
Monitor and report on internal SLAs
Your Profile:
We are seeking individuals who embody the following qualities:
Personable and confident in client interactions
Comfortable overseeing and managing a small team
Thorough understanding of all tax aspects
Ideally AAT, ATT, or ACCA part or fully qualified
